No Returns or Refunds
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any headwear products.
Legal Basis
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK law), goods that are:
- Sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, and
- Unsealed after delivery
are not eligible for return. As our headwear is worn directly on the head and in close contact with skin and hair, all BIND London products fall under this category.
Before You Buy
- Please read product descriptions carefully, including sizing and material details, before completing your order.
- Returns or refunds cannot be made for reasons of personal preference (e.g. change of mind, colour, or fit).
- As every item undergoes strict quality control prior to shipment, claims of fault or damage will not be accepted once delivered.
